Overview

When Reap finishes generating clips, open the project to review them. The clips page helps you pick the best clips quickly, using virality scores, transcripts, labels, filters, and sorting.

What’s At The Top Of The Page

The header shows the source video and the settings it was processed with: duration, language, time range, caption style, resolution, frame rate, orientation, genre, and where it was created (for example via UI or via MCP). The clip count appears next to the list.

See A Clip’s Details

Click Show details under a clip to expand it. You’ll see:
  • Virality Score: a score out of 10, with a short explanation of why the clip should or shouldn’t perform well. Click See more to read the full explanation.
  • Transcript: what’s said in the clip.
  • Social caption: a ready-made description you can use when you publish.
Click Hide details to collapse it again.
Clips play as a 480p preview so the page loads quickly. Your exported clip uses the full resolution you chose. See Export And Download Clips.

Search, Sort, And Filter

Click Clear all to remove every filter. If nothing matches, you’ll see No clips match current filters.

Label Your Clips

Labels help you and your team keep track of which clips to use.
  • Star: click the star on a clip to mark a favourite.
  • Ready to share: click Ready to share on a clip when it’s approved for posting.
You can then filter by either label.

Collapse The Clip List

Click the collapse button at the top of the list, or press ⌘B (Ctrl+B on Windows), to hide the clip list and give the player more room.
