Reap shows a status on every project and on every clip inside a project. The status tells you whether the work is still running, ready to use, or needs your attention.

You can filter by these statuses on the Projects page.

Inside a clips project, each clip has a small status dot and can be filtered by status.

Messages You Might See

Video processing failed! Reap couldn’t finish processing. The project page explains the likely reason, for example:
  • The video has too much music, or there’s no clear speech.
  • The selected portion is silent.
  • The video has corrupted frames.
  • The orientation data is missing.
If you see a Retry button, retry the video. If there’s no retry option, contact support. Project Cancelled. Processing was stopped before the clips were finished, and your processing credits were refunded. The project can no longer be edited, exported, or published. Project Expired. The video and clips from this project are no longer available. Scheduled posts you already created will still publish as planned.
