Overview

Every video you process in Reap becomes a project: clips, captions, reframes, dubs, editor projects, audiograms, and transcriptions. The Projects page lists them all and lets you search, filter, sort, and tidy them up.

Open The Projects Page

  • Click Projects in the left sidebar, or
  • Click View all next to Recent Projects on the Home page.
The total number of projects appears at the top of the list, for example 1460 projects.

Find A Project

Use the Grid view and List view buttons to switch layouts.

Project Options

Click the ⋮ (Open options) button on any project to manage it.

Rename A Project

1

Open the menu

Click ⋮ on the project and choose Rename.
2

Enter the new title

Type the new name and save. You’ll see Title updated.

Archive Or Unarchive A Project

Archiving hides a project from All projects without deleting it. Use it to clear clutter while keeping your work.
  1. Click ⋮ on the project and choose Archive.
  2. Confirm in the Archive video dialog.
  3. To bring it back, switch the list to Archived, click ⋮, and choose Unarchive.

Delete A Project

  1. Click ⋮ on the project and choose Delete.
  2. Confirm in the Delete this project permanently? dialog.
Deleting a project can’t be undone. It removes the project and all of its contents, including every clip in it. Download anything you want to keep first.

Cancel A Project That’s Still Processing

While a project is processing, the menu also shows Cancel. See Cancel A Processing Project.

What To Know

  • Projects expire after a set time based on your plan. Archiving doesn’t extend that. See Project Expiry.
  • Projects created through the API, MCP, or Zapier appear on the same page. A project’s details show where it was created, for example via UI or via MCP.
