Overview

Your name and email address appear in Settings › Account, but you can’t edit them there. Deleting your account and changing your email are both handled by the Reap support team, so your data is removed or moved safely.

Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently erases all the data related to it. It can’t be undone.

Save anything you want to keep

Download any clips, transcripts, or exports you still need. After deletion, they can’t be recovered.

Cancel your subscription

If you’re on a paid plan, cancel your subscription first so you aren’t charged again.

Contact support

In Settings › Account, the Delete button under Delete my account shows Contact support. Email hello@reap.video from the email address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted.

Change Your Email Address

You can’t change your account email from Settings. To move your account to a new address:
  1. Email hello@reap.video from your current account email.
  2. Include the new email address you want to use.
  3. Once support has made the change, sign in with the new address.
If you only want to sign in with Google and your Google email is different, ask support to change your Reap email to match your Google account.

Your Full name is also read-only in Settings. Email hello@reap.video if you need it changed.
