# Platform Post Settings

> Set privacy, audience, and interaction options for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn when you publish or schedule from Reap.

## Overview

When you publish or schedule a clip, you first add a **Title** and **Description** and choose the accounts under **Publish on**. Click **Next** to see the settings for each platform you selected. This page explains those settings.

## How To Get To These Settings

<Steps>
  <Step title="Start publishing">
    Click **Publish** under a clip, or click **Schedule post** in the Calendar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the post details">
    Enter a **Title** and **Description**, then select your accounts under **Publish on**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Next">
    The settings for each selected platform appear.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish or schedule">
    Review the settings, then publish now or pick a date and time.
  </Step>

## YouTube

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Privacy Status** | **Public**, **Unlisted** (only people with the link), or **Private**. |
| **Made for Kids** | Mark the video as made for children, as YouTube requires. This limits comments and some features. |
| **Embeddable** | Allow other websites to embed the video. |
| **Show Public Stats** | Show view counts and other stats publicly. |

## TikTok

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Privacy** | Choose who can view the video. |
| **Allow users to** | Turn **Comment**, **Duet**, and **Stitch** on or off. |
| **Content disclosure** | Disclose if the video promotes your own brand or is branded (paid partnership) content. |

When you post to TikTok, you agree to TikTok's **Branded Content Policy** and **Music Usage Confirmation**.

## Instagram

Instagram videos are published as Reels.

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Share to feed** | Also shows the Reel on your profile grid and in followers' feeds. |

## Facebook Pages

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Post format** | **Reel** or **Video**. Reels have size, length, and frame-rate requirements. See [Connect Facebook Pages And LinkedIn](/help-center/connect-facebook-pages-and-linkedin). |
| **Visibility** | Always public. Facebook requires Page posts from connected apps to be public. |

## LinkedIn

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Visibility** | Applies to LinkedIn profiles. Page posts are always published publicly. |
| **Allow reposts** | Let other members repost your video. |

## Tips

* Keep your description within each platform's limit. See [Posting Limits & Best Practices](/help-center/posting-limits-and-best-practices).
* When you schedule several clips at once, the settings apply to every selected clip.
* Want to test first? Post to YouTube as **Unlisted** or **Private**, then change it on YouTube later.
