# Manage Studio Settings

> Rename your studio, set the time zone used for scheduling, and choose which email notifications the studio receives.

## Overview

A studio is the workspace where your team's projects, brand templates, and connected accounts live. Studio-wide settings are in **Settings › Manage Studio**.

To open it, click your avatar in the top right corner, choose **Settings**, then open **Manage Studio**.

## Rename Your Studio

1. Click the pencil icon next to the studio **Name**.
2. Type the new name and save. You'll see **Studio settings updated**.

The new name appears in the studio switcher at the top left for everyone in the studio.

## Set The Studio Time Zone

The studio time zone controls the times shown in the **Calendar** and when scheduled posts go out.

1. Open the **Timezone** menu.
2. Search for a city or a GMT offset, for example `London` or `GMT+5`, or pick from **Suggested**.
3. Select it. You'll see **Studio timezone updated**.

  If your team works across time zones, pick the zone your audience is in, so scheduled times match when you want posts to go live.

## Email Notifications

Choose which emails the studio receives:

| Setting | What you get |
| - | - |
| **Project emails** | Video completion notifications when a project finishes processing. |
| **Plan emails** | Subscription renewal notifications. |

Switch each one on or off. You'll see **Email preferences updated**.

  Only the studio admin can change email preferences. Other members see the settings but can't change them.
