# Get Help And Request Features

> Where to find help, see what's new, request a feature, check Reap's status, and contact support.

## Overview

Click **Help** at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the help menu. It links to everything below and shows the current app version.

| Option | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **Help center** | Guides and answers, including this page. |
| **What's new?** | The Reap changelog, with recent features and fixes. |
| **Add feature** | The public feature board, where you can request features and vote on ideas. |
| **Contact us** | Email the support team at [hello@reap.video](mailto:hello@reap.video). |
| **Status** | Check whether Reap is having an outage or slowdown. |

## Chat With Support

Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the app to message the support team.

  For a problem with a specific project, include its link. Open the project and copy the address from your browser. The team can then find it straight away.

* Click the **bell icon** at the top right of the app to see recent updates.
* Or open **Help › What's new?** for the full [changelog](https://reapai.canny.io/changelog).

## Request A Feature
